ABOUT ME
My name is Cliff Rehr, born in 1968, married, 4 children with residence in Munich / Germany.
Over 20 years I served effectively in various management positions in one of the most successful global companies in the consumer goods industry. Within those years, I worked for more than one decade abroad and made the combination of the functional areas Sales and Human Resources for my own unique profile combination. Sales Force, Trade Marketing, Logistics, Key Account Management to a wide range of HR issues, such as Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, International Assignments and HR Transformation are therefore very familiar to me.
My understanding of success here is not just an extra income, but also motivated staff and a higher personal quality of life – in short the endeavor of well-being.
