What it really comes down to?
There is a song by the popular German musician Udo Juergens, which reads the title “What is important,” and the chorus describes things that are “really important”.
What are the things that are, for example, for you as a manager or your company value most? List these things but at times and think through every point! What are the priorities taken from this exercise? What things fall through the cracks at once and which obtain another meaning?
We often talk – as an example – how important our health, but how often do we actively do something to propel or keep it? I like to invite you to this blog, to share on this topic. Maybe it will help you, your company or even all of us to focus more on the essentials and for this we have to “work out” the essentials. This sounds easier than it is. Give it a try!
